PCA Teachers - Tenten O'tai

"Once that attack is with you, it's with you for the rest of your life. Maybe you may forget about it for a while, but once you call on it, it's there to serve you, strong as ever, nana."

One of the PCA alumni who was offered a position immediately upon graduation, Tenten O'tai's previous job was as an assistant to the teacher of the Special Attacking and Ranged Strategy class, and she hated every minute of it. Small-statured and childish, Tenten looked younger than some of her students, and couldn't for her life get the kids to listen to her. Once that teacher quit, she struck up on another path. Tenten now serves as a Move Tutor for the academy, as well as an assistant move proctor. As a move tutor she is available upon appointment to teach a variety of moves, and she is currently assisting in proctoring moves.
Tenten can be a little flaky, childish, and very talkative. While this contributed to the lack of respect she got in a classroom setting, her attitude often makes her pupils more comfortable during one-on-one training. She's often regarded as one of the 'cool teachers,' mostly because she's very lenient, and has a tenancy to break boundaries and treat her students like her best friends. Students and staff alike call her by her first name. However, when not taken seriously, she can get huffy.
Tenten has a verbal tic that causes her to pronounce 'new' and 'now' as 'nyew' and 'nyaow' which she is awfully embarrassed of, and she avoids the two words as much as possible. She is a huge fan of dyes and colored contacts, and before the appearance of Darius, was sporting a full-body shiny Furret dye job, which she was only being allowed to keep on that particular occasion because she did not teach a class (of course, right after Darius' new uniform code, she had the entire thing bleached out, thus the white tips). She intends to get a new, less extensive dye if the rumors about his removal turn out to be true. The ribbons on her ears are from an amateur Smart contest and a Beauty contest she entered with her uncle as a kid.

Tenten's Tutor Moves are as follows: Body Slam, Double Edge, Mimic, Dream Eater, Thunder Wave, Substitute, Rollout, Psych Up, Snore, Icy Wind, Endure, Mud-slap, Swagger, Sleep Talk, Swift, Defense Curl, Sucker Punch, Zen Headbutt, Helping Hand, and Last Resort. She started learning Tutor moves from an uncle during her Freshman year, so a good number of her moves are ones she went through school with.

As for Move Proctoring, KD figured proctors would be there to make sure students know them so they can be safely and effectively used. Once that's done, the moves can be registered for battle use, however if they are used in an official match without being registered it can result in a penalty. This duty is most likely usually carried out by combat-oriented teachers, but I figured in such a big school there possibly might be one or two folks who do it full-time. Kudos to KD, I just sort of ran with the idea.
